Events and Reservations affected by COVID 19

ARE YOUR EVENTS & RESERVATIONS AFFECTED BY THE COVID 19?

We, at Marcian Group, abide by the best practices and government mandates to uphold the health, safety and well being of our guests, employees and partners.

Please be guided with our new policies regarding how we can handle your events to serve and assist you better.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations for events from March 15 to May 20, 2020 will be refunded in full without penalties and prejudice. Events beyond May 20, will still be subject to penalties, current government guidelines and restrictions. All final guideline/protocol shall be subject to management discretion.

POSTPONEMENT POLICY

All events from March 15 to May 20, 2020 shall be allowed for rebooking for free and shall be given priority for respective preferred dates. If you have no preferred dates yet, you can leave your reservations as an open date. Furthermore, we wish to express our gratitude for your continued loyalty and patronage, we are pleased to provide additional discounts and freebies to all reservations for postponement.

UPCOMING EVENTS GUIDELINES

Should you push through with your events, we wish to inform you of the new changes we now require as mandated by the government. This will be effective until the government has advised that all meetings, incentives, conferences, gatherings and events shall be back to normal and without the threats of COVID-19. Please feel free to seek assistance from your assigned sales executive for complete details of this arrangement.

For guest/s who wish to downsize their participants, we require that you at least advise us a week before the scheduled event and this is subject to space availability and strict compliance to all government prerequisites before and during events without exemptions.
